八、質量條款（Quality Terms）

國家質檢總局：主管質量監(jiān)督的最高行政執(zhí)法機關；主管檢驗檢疫工作的最高行政執(zhí)法機關。

檢驗內容：包裝檢驗，品質檢驗，衛(wèi)生檢驗，安全性能檢驗。
